Focal Point, October 2012

Better to make this brief.  Below are 8 images, submitted by Hubbard Photography, for our monthly Focal Point series.  The 8 have been selected for their face-melting potential—and beware—they are quite effective.  I'll provide more info on the professional photographers Matthew and Joel at the bottom of the piece, but let's just get into the heart of it, shall we?

Resist the urge to call them "the brothers Hubbard;" Matthew and Joel Hubbard are too skilled with the f-stop to be referred to in a diminuative manner.  Their professional images range in application from commercial to photojournalism, and are commonly found in glossy magazines and on the web.  The Bozeman-based Hubbard Photography currently specializes in commercial as well as architectural work, and—as you can now surely appreciate—they've taken home a few awards for their photos of nature.

We heartily recommend you visit their website, hubbardphotographymt.com, to see a broader selection of the Hubbards' work.  -TBM
